Indonesia’s Central Sumatera Coffee (CSC), a 2023 Cup of Excellence Top 5 Awardee, is the passion-driven venture of Enzo Sauqi and his dedicated team. Their mission is to craft extraordinary, traceable, and sustainable coffee experiences from Aceh-grown varieties.

Traditionally, Indonesian coffees are known for earthy, nutty, and chocolatey notes. CSC, however, pushes boundaries through innovative post-harvest techniques like Hydro-Natural, Anaerobic Natural, and Age-dried Natural processing. By fine-tuning harvest timing, oxygen exposure, fermentation duration, and experimenting with co-fermentation, CSC is redefining the flavor potential of Aceh coffee.
