Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Delivery:
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Deliveries are scheduled from Saturday to Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Standard delivery across Qatar is charged at QAR 35, with typical delivery times ranging from 1–3 business days depending on your area.
Shipment Confirmation & Updates
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers.
Pickup Policy
Customers have the option to pick up their orders directly from our location. Pickup is usually available from the next working day after 4:00 PM from the following address:
Sharq Capital, C-Ring Road, Doha, Qatar
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification confirming the pickup time. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid ID when collecting your items.
Note: Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. ORDR is not liable for these charges.
Damages
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please retain the packaging and contact our support team immediately to file a claim. ORDR is not responsible for damages or losses during transit but will assist in resolving any issues.
