Making up 100% of the country’s coffee production, this variety finds its truest expression grown in the region’s high elevations and passed through the hands of specialized producers. This coffee holds the best bourbon attributes—an aroma dusted with various florals and herbs, and blackberry notes made complex by the taste of raw honey.
