This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable and other information about you in connection with your use of our services, including those offered through our mobile applications ( ORDR), websites ( , blogs, email or other electronic communication (collectively, the ''Platform''). The terms ''we'', ''us'', ''our'' etc. refer to Q Order Trading LLC, a company incorporated under the Laws of Qatar, with its head office at Sharq Capital Business Centre, Office no. 9, First Floor, Doha, Qatar.

The terms “you” “your” or “Use” refer to the user of the ORDR Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by us whether on the website/ORDR Platform or otherwise.

Please read this Policy before using the Platform or submitting any personal information to us. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

When you use the Service, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the same, please do not use our Service.


By using our Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy.  If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access our Platform.


We may occasionally update this Policy and such changes will be posted on this page. If we make any significant changes to this Policy we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice on our Platform or to your email address on record and where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Policy shall constitute your consent to the updated Policy.


Our Platform may contain links to other websites. Any personal information about you collected whilst visiting such websites is not governed by this Policy. We shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website accessed using the links contained on our Platform. This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our service providers/service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of our service providers under this Policy.


We will collect and process the following information about you:


       Sometimes, you browse on our web-site and without using the services being offered. Thus, during the said process the device, through which our web-site is approached, collects following information

  • Information relating to your location; and
  • Information relating to your device; and
  • The unique WiFi Mac ID of your mobile device;


To use some of the features, functions or capabilities of our Service or carry out any transactions using the Service, you have to create a User account with us or getting yourself registered  with us through our Platform. You can create or update your account with us by sharing the information, which may include, but not limited to, name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information, Geographic Location; Device information date of birth and profile picture . 

However, if you sign in to our  Platform through third-party sign-in services such as Facebook, Google Plus or Gmail or any other social networking or similar site (collectively, “SNS”), The following information is collected when you choose to create an Account through SNS:

  • Facebook Social ID or Google+ Social ID or Gmail ID (as the case may be);
  • Facebook Profile Picture or Google+ Profile Picture or mail ID (as the case may be);
  • Facebook Friends list or Google+ Friends List (as the case may be);
  • Your Name;
  • E- Mail Address;
  • Mobile Phone Number;
  • Gender;
  • Date of Birth (DOB);
  • Geographic Location;
  • Device Model;
  • Device OS; and

Any other information that may be requested from time to time consequent to the process of accessing our Service.

(c) As enunciated in the preceding paragraphs, different classes of information will have to be furnished, in order to facilitate creation of a User Account. Additionally, we will also collect and use the following information as mandated by law to enable us to perform tasks integral to our Service:

  • Internet Browsing details (in case you are connecting to our service/ platforms);
  • Application browsing details
  • Date and Time of access to our service; and
  • Any other information that we may seek or is mandated by law from time to time to efficiently run our Service.

For our Service to operate effectively, we require the abovementioned information, however, if you do not wish to grant such permission, you will not be able to use our Service.


 Supplementing our Service vast array of offerings, a User can utilize our Service to initiate a transaction and if a User opts for Our Service as a platform to begin a transaction, the following data will be collected:

  • Information relating to the diverse pages viewed by the User;
  • Information relating to the date and time of visit to our Service;
  • Information relating to the businesses contacted using our Service;
  •  Rewards/ Vouchers or promotions claimed through our Service;
  • Information relating to the products and services purchased by a User; and

Any other information provided by a User during the course of his/her use of our Service.


 Supplementing our Service's vast array of offerings, a User can utilize our Service to initiate a transaction and if a User opts for Our Service as a platform to begin a transaction, the following data will be collected:

  • Tax Account Number;
  • Bank Details; and
  • Other business details that may be required for customization of the Service.


For processing any payments through the Service, we use the services of a third- party payment gateway(s). Use of the third- party payment gateway(s) will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the concerned third party(s) and your credit/debit card issuer/bank, as the case may be. Although we avail of the services of a third- party payment gateway, we are not responsible for the functioning/operation of the payment gateway. We are not responsible for any error or inability to transact that may occur during any processing of payments through the third- party payment gateway. Any grievance regarding the working of the third- party payment gateway must be raised before the concerned third party. When you process any payments through the Service, we may obtain certain transaction details, which will be used in accordance with this Policy.


In addition to the personal information that we collect as mentioned above, whenever you use the Service, general information such as your computer 's or mobile 's Internet Protocol (IP) address, Mac Address and the device type is collected through the use of ''cookies''. It may be possible to disable some (but not all) ''cookies'' through your device or browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service. The method for disabling ''cookies'' may vary by device and browser, but can usually be found in preferences or security settings. The information collected using ''cookies'' will be treated, for all intents and purposes, as personal information. The information collected using ''Cookies'' shall fall within the ambit of this Policy, if such information, coupled with other information available with us, is capable of identifying You personally. Our use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information, for e.g. Internet Protocol (IP) Address is not restricted by the terms of this Policy and we may use, store and share such information freely with third parties without any restrictions. Non- personally identifiable information is not capable of identifying a User personally.


      Based on the use of our Service provided on the Platform, we also collects following information:

  • Based on the Content you provide which may include reviews, ordering details and history, favorite vendors, special merchant requests, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the our Platform
  • Provided to use of our service, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and card details
  • Correspondence with our customer support;
  • Your Participation in the interactive services offered by our Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions etc.,
  • Report problems for troubleshooting
  • If you sign up to use our Services as a merchant or partner, we may collect location details, copies of government identification documents and other details (KYC), call and SMS details.
  • Based on your Correspondence, your correspondence details

 Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address

  • collect user activity and browsing history within our Platform and across third-party sites and online services, including those sites and services that include our ad pixels (“Pixels”), widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services or through the use of cookies. Our Ad Services collect browsing information including without limitation your Internet protocol (IP) address and location, your login information, browser type and version, date and time stamp, user agent,our cookie ID (if applicable), time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other information about user activities on our Platform, as well as on third party sites and services that have embedded our Pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services.
  • Information pertaining to hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information. 
  • That ORDR mobile application may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit the ORDR app to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection. If you permit the our app (ORDR) to access the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as event title and description, your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, location and number of attendees.
  • When you sign in our Platform with your SNS account, or otherwise connect to your SNS account with the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. This could include, without limitation, any information that you have made public through your social media account, information that the social media service shares with us, or information that is disclosed during the sign-in process.  Please see your social media provider’s privacy policy and help center for more information about how they share information when you choose to connect your account.
  • If you are a partner restaurant, merchant/ Vendor we will, additionally, record your calls with us made from the device used to provide Services, related call details, SMS details location and address details.

As detailed above, the information collected by Us under various circumstances shall be put to the following uses: -

  1. To set up and log-in to a User Account on ORDR (our Platform) and to provide you with User support.
  2.  To enforce the terms of this Policy or our Terms of Service, including our additional Terms of Service, or to protect the rights or property of others; To provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services, such as to enable deliveries and other services, enable features to personalise your User account;
  3. To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the relevant information and services;
  4. To fulfill your requests and process any transaction you initiate using the Service;
  5. To administer and enhance the security of our Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
  6. To understand Your location and providing You with location specific content and thus to personalize your experience while using the Service, including by displaying content and information that we believe may be more relevant to You.
  7. To provide you with information about services we consider similar to those that you are already using, or have enquired about, or may interest you. If you are a registered user, we will contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS or telephone) with information about these services;
  8. To understand our users (what they do on our Services, what features they like, how they use them, etc.), improve the content and features of our Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests), process and complete your transactions, make special offers, provide customer support, process and respond to your queries;
  9. To generate and review reports and data about, and to conduct research on, our user base and Service usage patterns;
  10. To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services, if any; or
  11. To ensure that our service is compatible with the OS of the device and the content is displayed properly
  12. To provide quick access to previous searches. Further, to study your search patterns and curate the information (including advertisements) sought to be delivered.
  13. To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
  14. To comprehend Your interest in the advertising campaigns launched by Our Brand Partners. Such information will allow Us to determine the type of Advertisements that should be showcased
  15. If you are a partner restaurant or merchant or delivery partner, to track the progress of delivery or status of the order placed by our customers.

In addition to the pointed reasons cited above, we will use the information that we broadly collect for the following, amongst other purposes related to the Service:

  • To provide you with the functionalities of the Service.
  • To improve the quality, features and functionality of the Service.
  • To improve the security of the Service.
  • To provide feedback to third party partners 
  • To back up our systems and allow for disaster recovery.
  • To implement compliance of Applicable law.
  • To protect the rights and safety of Our Users and third parties, as well as Our Own.


We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with Third Parties without your prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy. However, we may share your information that we collect for following purposes

  • Third Party Partners may receive your name, phone number and e-mail ID when you initiate any transaction/accept any offer made by them through the Service. For e.g. Coupons/ vouchers (Sales vouchers are offers made by Third Party Partners and displayed on our Service, which last for a limited duration).
  • Third party service providers: We engage Third Party service providers/partners to perform tasks on our behalf and to provide us with services necessary to operate our Service. Therefore, the need to share information provided by you arises, with a view to achieve optimum functionality. The Third Party Service Providers/Partners cannot use the personal information supplied to them, beyond the scope of the purpose for which the information has been delivered. We require that these Third Parties agree to process and handle your information in compliance with the law for the time being in force and this Policy. We use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information, and we require these parties to use appropriate confidentiality and security measures, as prescribed by the law for the time being in force. The Third- Party Service Provider/Partner shall not disclose the personal information supplied to it nor will it cause its publishing.
  • Sale/Merger: We may transfer your information and assign any license granted to us to any person or entity that is merged with or acquires or purchases all or a substantial portion of our assets and/or business. In case of any such merger, acquisition or sale, you will be notified of the same by prominent notice on our web site or via email.
  • Law Enforcement: We may have to disclose your personal information to any Third Party by an order under the law for the time being in force. Further, we may have to share your personal information with Government agencies mandated under the law to obtain information including sensitive personal data or information for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation, including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences. Further, the information has to be revealed for Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts. And also for Responding to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the intellectual property rights of a third party.
  • With Advertisers and advertising networks: We may work with third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on our Platform and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. 
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  • We may share your information other than as described in this Policy if we notify you and you consent to the sharing.


  • To facilitate the Services to be provided to the User or to make use of the Coupons/Rewards, we have to verify your mobile number. Therefore, at the time of creating your account, we will use your mobile number to send you a four- digit code by SMS, which you will have to enter while registering for the Service to validate your mobile phone number. Standard telecom operator charges may apply when you do so. Your account will be created only if we are able to successfully verify your mobile number.
  • When you sign up for an account or use certain features of the Service, you are opting to receive messages and notifications from us. You can manage your preferences with regard to some of these communications and notifications. Please note that you cannot opt out of receiving transactional messages related to the Service.
  • We will share your mobile number or other contact information with third party partners and Brands as and when required, and we, as well as such third party partners and Brands may use your contact information for the purpose of sending you transactional messages, including in response to transactions you initiate using the Service and to provide you with information with regard to our services or the services of third party partners that are to be delivered to you. While the Third Parties may communicate with you, in relation to a product or service advertised on our Service, the actions of said Third Parties are not within our control and reach. We are not responsible for the activities undertaken by Third Parties.
  • We may use your mobile number or other contact information for the purpose of informing you about, or soliciting or promoting, any transaction in relation to the Service. If you do not want to receive such unsolicited commercial communications from the Service (including from third party partners listed on the Service), you can opt-out by closing your account with us.


  • Our site may contain links to external websites. These are provided for your convenience only, and we do not have control over the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third party sites. Any personal information you provide on linked pages is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. Please learn about the privacy and security practices and policies of external websites before providing them with any of your personal information.


  • If you want to review and correct any information of Yours on the Service that is inaccurate or deficient, You can do so by informing us of such changes to edit your profile.
  • You can close your account by informing us of such intent and not using the Service for a period of 30 days. When you close your account, your profile may be deleted from our servers only after a period as is determined by the prevailing law mandating the number of days such information needs to be stored. We shall not retain your sensitive personal information for a period longer than is required for the purposes for which the information is lawfully to be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force.


  • We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us. We use reasonable security practices and procedures, in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee protection of all information in all cases, for example we cannot guarantee protection against unauthorized interception, unauthorized misappropriation, unauthorized misuse, or alteration of information, or that your information will not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. Additionally, we have absolutely no control over the security of other sites you might visit, interact with or do business with. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents, who require the information to undertake a variety of tasks and they are contractually bound to not disclose confidential information they may encounter in execution of their professional responsibilities and duties.
  • Please, we aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through our Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access.


  • When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from us. You can log in to manage your email preferences or you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices from us.
  • If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner provided in this Policy, please write to us at []. Please note that we may take time to process such requests, and your request shall take effect no later than 5 (Five) business days from the receipt of such request, after which we will not use your personal data for any processing unless required by us to comply with our legal obligations. We may not be able offer you any or all Services upon such withdrawal of your consent.


  • We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website, within a reasonable time from the date of such modification/amendment. Unless specified otherwise, all amendments will be effective immediately upon posting thereof. Continued use of any part of the Service after any amendment becomes effective, will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the amended Policy. Therefore, you should read this Policy from time to time so that you stay informed of any amendments. If we make changes to our Terms of Service, any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your particular use of the Service and Privacy Policy and you continue to use our Website thereafter, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Privacy Policy.

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms & Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of our website (the “Website”) and our "ORDR" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App") and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.

Customer Cancellation

  • As a general rule User shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. The user may choose to cancel Order only within one-minute of the Order being placed or until the Vendor’s outlet accepts the order, whichever is earlier. However, subject to User’s previous cancellation history, we reserve the right to deny any refund to User pursuant to a cancellation initiated by User even if the same is within one-minute followed. That frequent cancellation by the user may lead to suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of User.
  • If user cancels his/her Order after one minute of placing it or after the Vendor’s outlet accepts the order, whichever is earlier, then we shall have a right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Order amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by us, with a right to either not to refund the Order value in case User’s Order is prepaid or recover from the User’s subsequent Order in case his/her Order is postpaid, to compensate

Cancellation by Merchant/ Vendor

  1. In certain scenario, the Merchant/ vendor may also call for the Cancellation of the order, which include but not limited to:
  2. If the order is not delivered during the pickup time frame indicated in the order
  3. If any of the ordered items is unavailable, then in such unlikely situation merchant shall inform about the same to the User within five minutes with other available options. If the request cannot be accommodated, the order shall be cancelled by the merchant and the User shall receive a full refund.
  4. If at the time of pickup, the store is closed, the store is overcrowded and cannot service online orders.
  5. If product price on the platform is incorrect due to typo-error or error in information supplied by the merchant.

In all of the above-mentioned situation, the Order shall be treated cancelled and the user shall be entitled to a refund to an amount up to 100% of the Order value, provided the payment has already been made towards the said Order and in such Scenarios the merchant is responsible for payment gateway fees associated with cancelled orders made through the ORDR platform.

Notwithstanding the cancellation policy made herein above, we reserve the right to look into the cancellation request of the User on case to case basis and determine if such cancelation request falls under the conditions mentioned above. If we are satisfied that the request and same fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then we shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the User.


  1. As stated earlier the Orders placed by Buyers using the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable except if refund is requested under the condition that request for cancellation of the order is made  within one-minute of the Order being placed or until the Vendor’s outlet accepts the order, whichever is earlier. However, that is subject to conditions as mentioned in foregoing paras.
  2. That if the order is cancelled by the Vendor, for the reasons neither attributable to us or the User, then in such situation the refund would be made and the Vendor shall be responsible for payment gateway fees associated with cancelled orders made through the ORDR platform.
  3. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
  4. All refund amounts shall be credited back to User’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of User’s choice, but that shall be not later than 14 days, in case Buyer does not choose to credit it to User’s E-Wallet with his/her Q Order Trading Account;
  5. In cases of where the payment is to be made at the time of delivery, the User shall not be required to pay if the wrong order is being delivered, provided the same is communicated to us through the Platform before the Order is marked delivered


  1. The Buyer shall verify his/her Order and the products before taking the delivery and any issue with respect to the product or User’s Order shall be notified immediately. Any issue arising post delivery of the ordered goods shall not be entertained as  once he/she has accepted delivery, the User cannot cancel the Order and/or claim refund.
  2. In case of the complaint of any spurious product, the liability shall solely lie with the Merchant selling the product. We are merely facilitating the transactions between the Merchant and the User and therefore, we shall assume no liability with respect to the products delivered/ sold by the Merchant. We strictly discourages dealing of any spurious product on our Platform and shall reserve the right to report such incidents to the concerned authorities for appropriate legal actions.

This cancellation and refund policy shall be read as a part and parcel with the Terms & Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy made available on the Platform and by accepting any of the Policy you are assumed to accept other as no policy shall be treated in isolation.
